The goblet has a long cylindrical neck, flaring to an outturned rim, and an ovoid body narrowing to a flat bottom. The body is fluted vertically from just below the shoulder to just above the base, the flutes outlined by engraved scalloping at top and bottom. Soldered around the juncture of neck and shoulder is a thick fillet of round profile, engraved with four evenly spaced groups of five vertical lines. The underside is decorated with a rosette of fourteen petals.
